Western Carolina Management Group is a collaboration with three local professionals who all bring a different skill set to the the team.
Bayard Bellinger not only has over 20 years of property management, but he was also a home builder in California and Colorado. Managing vacation rentals is a true passion for Bayard. He is also our licensed applicator in Colorado and North Carolina. In addition to working hard to serve his clients each and every day, Bayard enjoys golf, trail riding, mountain biking, hiking, and spending time with family, friends, and animals.
Sara Roth has spent most of her professional life working in the equine industry. Her experience includes everything from managing barns to managing tack stores. In 2022 Sara completed her MBA. She strives to put her education and skill set to use each and every day. She is an incredibly creative and solutions oriented person. If there is a way to figure something out, Sara will be the one to find it. Sara’s attention to detail is one of the things her clients love most. Being a lifelong animal lover, Sara enjoys spending time with her 3 horses, 2 cats, and 2 dogs. Her newest, and youngest, horse is a 2 year old rescue from the Bowie kill pen in Texas. When she’s not out with her animals, or caring for her 65+ houseplants, Sara can be found immersed in culture at any of our nearby theaters.
Jasmine Pierce probably brings the widest variety of skills to the community. Her long and varied resume will serve Western Carolina Management Group and its clients incredibly well. In addition to owning and operating a landscaping and property management business in Aspen, Colorado for over a decade, Jasmine has worked as a divemaster in the US Virgin Islands, a helicopter pilot in South Africa, a sales and marketing representative in New York City, a florist, a Wildland firefighter, and many more interesting endeavors. If there’s something that needs to be done, there’s a good chance she’s done it or will learn how! Jasmine is often on the lookout for the next adventure. She has spent years enjoying Ultra Running, particularly on trails. Ultra Running has given Jasmine the opportunity to travel around the world and meet amazing people. If you have met Jasmine, you will know that while here in Polk County, she has dedicated herself to taking care of her cat, dogs, and horses.
